The platform offers contract-specific domains for each business insurance line taking into account variations in contract structure, placement cycle and underwriting norms.
Business lines targeted include Aviation, Cargo, Credit, Liability, Marine and Property.
The first domain to go 'live' on the platform is Cargo / Stock Throughput. Others are expected to be launched in Q2 / Q3 of 2009.
Tthe Cargo / Stock Throughput 'Demo Platform' is also now accessible as a free trial. From there users can trade with each other and RiskTrEx dummy companies and so try out the platform before making a commitment.
