The RiskTrEx platform is built around a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database which sits on a Windows 2003 central server.
There is currently (in version 1.0) no messaging to user's systems although plans are underway to send ACORD compliant messages once a risk is successfully placed and for regular backups to a User's back office system.
The platform has been developed in the .NET 3.5 framework. The Programming Languages used are ASP.NET / C# and VB.NET.
The platform uses SSL and data encryption for maximum security. All data is backed up regularly and backups are available for download by users who wish to keep their own copy.
